Raising EQ is the parent education arm of my work as a psychologist. It exists to help parents of teens learn how to stay steady when emotions run high, so they can set boundaries without blow-ups, and build a calmer, more connected home.
This is not therapy. This is practical, skills-based emotional intelligence for parents.
Because when parents feel steady, teens thrive

Most parents I work with are thoughtful, caring, and emotionally aware, yet they still find themselves snapping, over-explaining, or shutting down when things get heated with their teen.

Raising EQ teaches you how to access calm in those moments, set clear boundaries without yelling or guilt, and create a home that feels more connected and less tense.

This isn’t about fixing your teen.
This is about building your capacity to stay steady when it matters most.

That’s what this program builds.
It’s about strengthening you as the emotional leader in your home.

Through simple tools, scripts, and nervous system awareness, you’ll learn how to respond calmly in the moments that usually trigger you, so your home feels more connected, respectful, and emotionally safe.
