By purchasing and accessing the Raising EQ Toolkit Series, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These resources are designed to support parents of teens through psycho-educational content, tools, and strategies aimed at building emotional awareness, communication, and connection within the family.

 

2. Nature of the Product

The Raising EQ Toolkit Series:

• Provides general information, education, and practical tools

• Is intended for informational and skill-building purposes only

• Is not tailored to your individual circumstances

These materials are not a substitute for personalised support.

 

3. Not a Substitute for Therapy

The Raising EQ Toolkit Series:

• Does not constitute psychological therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment

• Does not create a therapist-client relationship

• Should not replace individualised assessment or intervention

If you are concerned about your child’s mental health, development, or safety, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a qualified professional.

 

4. When to Seek Additional Support

Please seek further professional support if your teen is experiencing:

• Persistent low mood, anxiety, or withdrawal

• Significant behavioural changes or distress

• Self-harm or thoughts of self-harm

• School refusal or ongoing functional difficulties

• Family conflict that feels unsafe or unmanageable

Or if you, as a parent, feel:

• Overwhelmed or unable to cope

• Frequently reactive or distressed

• Concerned about your own mental health

6. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

• Prices include GST where applicable

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase

7. Access & Delivery of Digital Products

• Access – Upon purchase, you will receive access to digital materials (e.g., PDFs, videos) via an online portal. Once you have completed your purchase, your online access details will be emailed to you. If you do not receive your product or are unable to access it, please contact jnoble@riseandthrivepsychology.com.au

• Delivery Address – It’s your responsibility to make sure that your email address details are correct. You will be solely responsible for any incorrect or failed delivery if you don’t supply current, accurate email address details. If after a failed delivery you do not response within 30 days to a request for an alternative email address for delivery, you will be deemed to have waived your right to receive the product.

• Not redeemable – Product are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or credit

• Liability for charges – You are responsible for any charges you may incur from your internet provider for downloading or accessing digital products.

 

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product:

• Refunds are not provided once access has been granted

• For personal use only

You may not:

• Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content

• Upload materials to public or shared platforms

By engaging with these materials, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for how you apply the information

• Results may vary depending on individual circumstances

• Parenting involves complex and dynamic factors beyond the scope of this program

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Rise & Thrive Psychology is not liable for:

• Any outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of these materials

• Any indirect or consequential loss or damage
