JACQUELINE NOBLE

Jackie is a registered Psychologist (Registration No: PSY0001965802) who enjoys working with clients who present with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, post-natal anxiety and depression, anger management, trauma, personality disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, work stress, relationship and parenting challenges, medical or health-related issues, difficulties with life transitions, grief and loss. Jackie works with young people (12-17 years old) and adults (18+)

Prior to working as a Psychologist, Jackie worked as a Registered Nurse for 13 years, she worked across large metropolitan intensive care units. This experience has given Jackie a good perspective of the health care industry and the interconnected nature of the body and mind.

Jackie believes in the healing benefits of the therapeutic relationship and the mind’s ability to recover. Jackie is most interested in establishing and maintaining a therapeutic alliance with her clients, while utilising compassion focused interpersonal (IPT), cognitive behaviour (CBT), and dialectical behaviour (DBT) therapy techniques to assist with managing the client’s presenting challenges.

EMMA BUTLER

Emma is a registered Psychologist (Registration No: PSY0002707486) who enjoys working with clients who present with anxiety, depression, parenting challenges including parent-child relationships, body image problems, life transitions and adjustment difficulties. Emma works with young people (6-17 years old) and adults (18+).

Emma has a special interest in child and adolescent mental health and neurodivergence across the lifespan. She is also an LGBTQIA+ inclusive practitioner.

Emma aims to ensure a safe and respectful space that promotes personal growth and self-compassion. She believes in establishing a genuine and authentic therapeutic alliance with her clients, while utilising interpersonal (IPT) cognitive behaviour (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment (ACT) therapy techniques to assist with managing the client’s presenting challenges.

KATHERINE JONES

Counsellor
DipCouns, CertTrain&Assess, GradDipEd, BA(Media)
Kat is a Counsellor who enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults. She has a background in Education, having been a Teacher for 14 years (Primary through to adult education) before completing her Diploma of Counselling through the Australian Institue of Professional Counsellors. She also works part time as a School Counsellor. Kat has extensive knowledge of the Victorian education system and can provide advocacy and guidance with regards to schooling for young people.

Kat's practise focuses on a person-centred, strength-based approach that draws on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) modality where she aims to provide a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic environment for her clients. She recognises the importance of building a strong client/practitioner relationship so that her clients are well supported and comfortable.
​​
Kat works with young people (10-17 years), adults (18+) and families who present with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, adjustment and transition difficulties, prenatal and postnatal life stages (including postnatal depression and anxiety), grief and loss, work stress, parenting challenges and substance use.
​
Kat sees clients via telehealth (phone or video). Kat is currently not accepting new clients.
