This includes Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) to explore patterns in relationships and life transitions, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to strengthen emotional regulation and coping skills, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help process and heal from past trauma.
